Bracelet too small

The lovely bracelet I received was too small for my wrist. So I corresponded with Brett Gontarek about replacing it, as I thought was promised when I made my order. He told me to look at the website for support instructions, which I did. There it said no exchanges for a discounted item. I get that, but am disappointed.

Appears to be great quality and my wife loves it!
