Bought these for my sister who is wheelchair bound. She wears them as bracelets to do most of her daily tasks. She shadow boxes with them on and they stay in place without sliding up or down her arms. She also uses them in her legs for her slow and deliberate leg lifts. It’s only need 2 weeks and we have already noticed an increase in her strength and mobility.
