Very good 👍 I use them for CrossFit. I was having problems with the Frog grips which were causing me to stick on the bar causing injury. These grip really well but allow you to de-grip easily when you want to as well, 5 stars ✨

Love it .. thank you so much for the info pack aswell as the sweat bands and towel that I didn’t know I was getting with the grips, I appreciate it .. I’m yet to use them but I’ve tried the same grips off a friend of mine and I was in love with them so I can’t wait to use them tonight 🔥
