Kateshi - another Zambian beauty
Always try to go for anything offered by Django that has Boozy or Funky in its flavour profile an iOS a Natural processed bean.
Though, the flavours for me are more subtle than the really funky notes I prefer, this bean has the ability to provide a lovely sweet espresso and when paired with milk has the ability to give a flavourful Cortado or Flat white. Putting 18g in and taking 38g out seems to get the best results on my setup.

Great espresso
Always find these beans to produce consistently good espresso. Has complexity, hint of sourness (which I love). These are my go-to for home espresso.

Best coffee roaster
I only buy my coffee from Django.. The coffee is the best and their offers very good. Why go elsewhere?
