Muzikkon Mini Kinnor Harp, 10 String Red Cedar

This is truly a beautiful harp it is as light as a feather, it's a great design, with the two engraved sound hole cutouts, this was purchased as a gift for my niece. A spare set of strings was supposed to be included with this harp, as advertised, but it was not. I immediately emailed the seller twice once via their pro former on their website and the other direct from my own email account, and until now they have not replied back or completed my order. Their recommended tuning for this type of harp shown on their website, does not coincide with the order of the strings layout installed on this harp.
