Malouf Shoulder CarbonCool™ LT + Omniphase® Pillow

We currently have these Malouf pillows and purchased two more because we love them. The shoulder pillow is great.

This is my second carbon cool pillow. After having rotator cuff surgery, I needed a shoulder cut out. I love the pillow but this one had a weird chemical odor that my first one didn't have. I purchased my first one at a furniture store. Not sure why this one had such an odor. I spray it with Febreze and it seems to be dissipating. That's why I didn't give it five stars.
