Even though it took a couple of days longer that expected to arrive, the folks at isinwheel technical support were very helpful and provided a video of how to replace the throttle cable that I ordered.

My wife accidentally dropped her e-bike, and the throttle cracked. I ordered a universal throttle from Amazon, but it didn’t work. I sent it back and ordered one from the iSinwheel website. This one worked perfectly. So make sure you order the right brand for your e-bike.

OEM Perfect Fit

Our youngest had an incident requiring the throttle to be replaced. I tried others from Amazon to no avail. The OEM fit like a glove; however, 3-5 day shipping is not realistic given that it shipped from China.
