Great for posture

Definitely makes you sit up straighter. Not the easiest saddle to mount! Not as mobile with not feet on ground. Knees can be a little uncomfortable after a while of sitting but I assume you get conditioned to it. Overall OK, Posture is good. Probably best to try one first.
