The order process, shipping, delivery, and help was above and beyond. The box gave me a few head scratching moments, but I think it was because I did update before doing the app store. It created quite a bit of a headache and yet it was fixable. Trust me, when I ordered 4 more, I didn't make that mistake again. Very happy with the purchase.
