Unreliable, Delayed and Missing Items

I placed an order for eight shirts. I waited weeks for them to ship. When they did finally arrive, I only received four shirts. After a few exchanges, I did receive a refund for the four missing shirts, but customer service was disorganized. Prior to realizing I had an issue with the above order, I placed a second, smaller order. It’s been 20 days, and it still has not shipped. Anyhow, hope you’re not buying something to wear for the holidays, because it may not make it on time or may not make it to you at all.
