Spioxyl 400 & 800 Scalp Microneedling Repair Duo

Defect

Hello, I recently received my second batch of Vivelab Scalp Spioxyl. The package contained three bottles, but I was only able to use one of them. Unfortunately, I had a hard time unlocking the pumps on the other two bottles, and they do not appear to be working. Because of this defect, I would like to request either a replacement for the two unusable bottles or a full refund for them. Please let me know the next steps. I can also provide photos or a video if needed. Thank you for your assistance.
