Wanted to love this so much but it was very tight through the arms and smelled like chlorine

I like this dress, it runs a little big. I am typically a true medium but coujd have worn a small. There were 3 buttons sewn on wrong and I had to line them up with button holes and re sew them. But this dress will go inro my teacher dress rotation.
