The whole experience was smooth and easy. The shelf organizer matches the description exactly and we are so happy with the product. It came with drywall anchors and screw to hang it, which is great considering how much it weighs. While it’s not extremely heavy, the anchors definitely make it sturdier on the wall. The organizer itself seems well-made and like it will last for years sans someone dropping it. Thank you for a great product that makes our pet ownership easier!
