Not often will you find a company that embraces the opportunity to right a wrong, and in this case Fig Tree Golf certainly did this. I received an incorrect size for a shirt I ordered, not only did they send out a replacement the very same day, but asked the right questions to investigate their procedures and how the mistake occurred. Showing that they wanted to grow from this mistake I can truly appreciate this approach as a small business owner myself, those who want to improve and treat their customers as the most important part of their business succeed without fail. I will forever push this brand and love what they stand for.
