Beautiful piece but came damaged.

Easy to build and a very beautiful piece but it’s very unfortunate that multiple pieces or the chest were damaged. I don’t mean little scratches, I mean dents and chunks from the dresser. I also noticed that articles inside the packaging were open. It almost seems like I received a previous returned item. Besides the damaged chest, it does seem like a good quality piece.
