3.1 Intense Shampoo | DSD deluxe

I cannot recommend this store. I paid for my order, expensive DHL Express shipping, and additional import-related charges requested by DHL. Despite that, my shipment was returned due to customs issues. I was informed that DHL requested a commercial Tax ID, even though this was clearly a personal order containing only one shampoo and one hair lotion for personal use. Days later, I am still waiting for a resolution. Communication has been slow, and I have had to contact both DHL and the seller multiple times to get basic information about my order. I hope this issue will eventually be resolved, but so far my experience has been very disappointing.
