I use one shower steamer almost every day. I take a deep breath and breathe in the scent as the hot water is running, I find it a good, calming way to start the day.

My best friend lives out of province and I pick up a couple of bags of these shower steamers every chance I get and pop them in the mail for her. She absolutely loves them, and I usually don't tell her when I'm sending them. I love receiving her text, telling me my parcel arrived and that she's doing a happy-dance. That's why I do it.
