Terrible!! You had the Ship To address wrong. I emailed you guys 4/5 times and received nothing in return. I never received my mug. Very very disappointed.

Heat Transforming Mug

I am appreciative that the Outlander Store fulfilled this order after having not received it the first time. As for the mug, I wish the graphic were more pronounced when it's hot. It doesn't show up very well and it doesn't last long. Other than that, I'm happy with it.

I absolutely love the Outlander mug. I wish the picture would stay a little longer. I didn't get my cup after I ordered it. After notifying the company they resent me my mug and it came quickly. I will order again from this company
