Opus 2 Conical Burr Grinder

Great all around grinder

This grinder is perfect for me. I do esspresso, drip, pour over and cold brew. Having one grinder that does all of these consistently is fantastic. It looks good sitting on the counter as well.

I bought the Opus 2 when the more expensive fancy grinder I got to go with my Fellow Espreso Series 1 kept producing inconsistent grinds and disappointing brews. The Opus 2 worked better instantly and continues to grind any type of coffee beans so now I'm getting really good brews from the Series 1. I'm pretty happy with it. The only thing that I don't love is that it's mostly plastic so I wonder how sturdy it will be.

Small but consistent grinder

The newly designed Opus 2 is a very good single dose grinder. Dialing in was easy through its stepless adjustment. It’s not a big tall grinder so it’s easy to place it on the kitchen counter. The grind was super fast and consistent. I only had it for two weeks and I’m curious to see how long this grinder will last
