Above and beyond costumer service. The rod and reel is great as expected and the color is truely unmatched. Unfortunately my rod came damaged, which occurs and I do not hold the company with ill regards. I contacted costumer service and not only did I get a new rod tip, I was sent a new rod. I would definitely recommend this company, their items are great, shipping is fast, and the costumer service is unbeatable.

I bought 2 of these in 2000 size and spooled them with Kast King 15 pound test braid. We use tem for casting top water lures to feeding barracuda in 25 to 35 inch range. I highly recommend them and the Kast King braid is best i have used and I hhave used braid since it first came on the market. I even tried the kevlar braid when it came out.
