I have been ordering bands from you all for years and LOVE them! I ran track in college and my sophomore year my mom got me one when I was having a rough couple of months. She put it on my wrist one day and told me when I times started to get tough to flip it over. It said "it's not easy but it's worth it." These have been incredible little reminders that always helped me ground my nerves before races. I started getting them for my friends and it became a sort of tradition that when we knew someone needed the little reminder we'd pass off the one we were wearing or order a specific one.
