Porsche 911 Vintage

Where to begin, everything about this order was a disappointment. Items usually ship in 2 to 5 days? Mine shipoed in 9. Estimated delivery monday the 6th. Goes out for delivery on the 3rd. I live in a large building where things disappear, had to rearrange my schedule. Box showed up damaged, prints are damaged, so if i repleace, when shoukd i expect the new prints i ordered, a month from now? This id definitely a company i have no faith in and will no be recommending.
