Omg these are the best bowls to mix my royal icing in. It fits great in my hand for mixing my color and thinning my icing and the lid is perfect to allow icing to sit to release air bubbles without drying out!

I just switched my cookie business to artificial dye free and these bowls are perfect for letting icing colors develop! They're a great size and keep the icing from crusting overnight while the colors develop! Definitely recommend!
