It takes forever to get the product. I’m waiting on two different items right now and when I reached out to the company, they told me it was the USPS problem, but when I talk to USPS, it became very clear that the company never mailed the product the customer service is absolutely awful with this company. It’s unfortunate because the product is great. Unfortunately I will have to stop purchasing because the customer service and shipping is so absolutely pathetic and pitiful.
