BUYER BEWARE! This company is located in India and does not offer refunds. My boots were defective. One boot was a whole size bigger than then other, but they were labeled the same size. I had to CALL India about the boots only to be sent an email indicating that the company MAY give me an exchange. Although I MAY receive a new pair, I didn't like the way that boot actually fit. It had a very weird instep. I know these boots are not going to work if I do actually receive an exhange. I absolutely will NEVER order from Myra again, and I do not recommend the company. If a person is not satisfied with an item, granted the item has not been used, they should be able to receive a refund. No one knows if a shoe or boot will fit unless it tried on. To have a no fefund policy is insane.
