Absolutely love it! Shipping was incredibly quick, within a week to Canada, and the import fees were definitely manageable and easy to deal with before the package even arrived to the house. Bonus! The tub itself is really quick and easy to set up and get going, and we've used it every day since it's arrived. A wonderful way to end an exhausting day or a great way to start a relaxing one. The best part of all, is no crazy electrical bill at the end of the month.

Great support and super fast delivery. The setup was very easy and smooth, the videos are also easy to understand. The first day we fire it we started with 8 degree Celsius water temp and the outdoor temp was minus 5 degree Celsius. After only 2,5 hours the water temp was 32 degree - very impressing I must admit! What a fantastic place to sit with a cold drink and watch the moon and the stars – or on some days the sunset. Just love it!
