I reordered a custom lipstick I had made at the Nashville lip lab. The color I received is nothing like the original. What I received is basically an off the shelf pink lipstick that looks nothing like custom mauve shade with grey undertones I designed with the technician in Nashville. I’m left with a basic pink lipstick that cost $50 and will probably end up in the trash. Since the formula is supposed to be on file this is extremely disappointing.
