I purchased the heater from a local Australian company hoping for better service but not being able to talk to anyone is frustrating. I have installed the heater under the seating in the caravan and the fuel tank at the rear of the caravan, unfortunately the fuel line supplied was short one end so I had to buy extra from a local dealer at a extra cost of nearly $80. Not happy. The books supplied I’d give them 4 out of 10 for trying to understanding the instructions.I watched several u-tube tutorials on understanding the heater monitor but not all instructions worked. Very confusing. There were no screws supplied to mount the heater outlet to the wall, I fitted small screws but the vent wouldn’t rotate properly, kept catching on the screw head so I had to use tiny countersunk screws that would bury into the plastic, problem fixed. Heater is working fine, using the remote control is a bit confusing, the up and down arrows was not explained anywhere, whether it’s for the fan or the temperature settings, nothing comes up on the screen. Any how things will only get better as we use it and getting to understanding the settings. Sorry for the bit of a grizzle Cheers Peter

Heater

Seems to be a good little heater. The biggest problem was the instructions. Got a headache just trying to read them. Made no sense. Have it up and running but it took hours longer than it should have. Still can’t figure out how to control it properly.

Diesel heater

Received my diesel heater upgraded with metal tank posted seperately as sugested, inspected as of good quality. Has not been installed to date but assure there will not be a problem. Postage was very prompt as it arrived the next day, thanks guys from the outback store, keep up the good work. Highly recommend this store.
