I had purchased a Ventress saber from another retailer (NeoSabers), but the main core shorted out on it's first ignition. They completely ghosted me on support. Saber Factory had a compatible core in stock, and at a reasonable price. Kept me updated on the progress of my order and when it came in it worked perfectly. I will be buying my next full saber setup them them in the future

I actually ordered the wrong board for my project BUT I happened to have a compatible hilt. Works just fine. The Xeno app randomly disconnects. I don't understand why but doesn't impact me as I don't plan to rely on it constantly.
