I called on a Friday, Mohammed was not there. A young woman was very pleasant trying to find a NB Tennis 806 size 13 EE tennis shoes. She said I would get the 10%Discout coupon and she'd look for them in stock and let me know when to come pick it up. I got no response Saturday, Sunday, Monday morning, so I called to hear that the shoes were in stock in EE and EEEE. In the store, all staff were busy but one dropped work to search for the shoes; I found them on a bench, picked one pair and went to pay. There was some hesitancy about my discount but Mohammed agreed to it. This good experience is why I buy those shoes at ATR (customer first).
