this is a lovely helmet I bought this to use for my daily commute/going shopping I have a collection of helmets some full face but I am finding this one very comfortable and the medium size suits my head perfectly the vents are a nice touch on the warmer days. the straps are fully adjustable and the rear tightener works perfectly for a secure fit. Absolutely love the design of the Sea Shepherd it looks fabulous and strong. God forbid having a crash while out cycling but I feel confident about the protection this helmet will give. 5✨✨✨✨✨ Design functionality looks and comfort 👌
