Rattan LM Ultra

⭐ Extremely disappointing and concerning experience. My LM Ultra arrived missing hardware, with virtually no useful assembly instructions. The QR-code manual has pictures that don’t correspond with the written directions, and the linked video is practically useless. Most concerning, I specifically ordered the child passenger setup, yet the rear seat arrived bolted down in a way that makes the backrest hardware virtually inaccessible. I cannot properly tighten it, leaving the child backrest loose and wobbly. The front wheel also arrived completely removed without adequate installation guidance. After three hours, I still don’t feel confident this bike is safe to ride. For an e-bike carrying a child, this level of assembly support is unacceptable.

The fact i had to shave the bracket for the battery to lock and start. Having to be careful while turning so the pedals don't strap the ground. Im 5ft 11 inches and the seat pole isn't high enough. Back sprocket has a slight wobble to it.

After a week old, the metal and steel are rusted
