So delighted and super delicious
I bought the trimmings for jerky. I also bought the bison bites and both bone broths. Overall, it’s the best tasting bison I’ve had. I love that it’s grass fed because I have celiac and am very sensitive to corn and soy fed animal meat. The shipping took 4 days to get to California, but it was all still solid as a rock frozen! I plan on ordering more trimmings when I’m done eating all the jerky!
Very tender and flavorful. Northstar Bison also has steaks etc at my grocery store so I order online and buy from there to get a variety. We have not been disappointed at all. High quality meats!
