My package arrived with the top of the rice water damaged and leaking, the Hair butter was melted ans still remains liquid. I have ordered these products for a while and this is the first time that I am disappointed. It als seems like the formula has changed.

Great products, but very bad customer service. If you try calling it goes silent, and if you email them no response back. My order was wrong with damaged products, plus I didn’t receive the additional product I ordered.

Where is my brush and stuff i paid 59.00 for this
