Green tea for Kombucha!

I have been using the green/black mix for my brew and thought I'd try the green tea. I really like it. It's lighter...I'm thinking a really good summer time brew...and mixes well with apple and lemon/ginger for a second fermentation. I think I'll purchase the black tea as well then mix and match. Yay! Thank you for all the good options and education you have available for us.

Just bottled my first batch of kombucha using my green tea blend from Raw Brewing Co - it is delicious!!
