I searched for a while to find a sterling silver bracelet for my husband for our 25th wedding anniversary and I found it in this bracelet. He absolutely loved it not only because it is Something to remember our 25th, but because it is unique and very attractive. I was so happy for him because he doesn’t really wear jewelry and he liked this so much. Two days after he got it the clasp kept coming off without him even touching it. And if he hit his wrist on something like his desk or the bracelet hit his gear shifter in his car it would come undone. It was disappointing that it wasn’t secure from the get-go. I emailed customer service and asked how they can help with that and they offered a suggestion or two. They weren’t very helpful suggestions. It just felt like it wasn’t clasping. It’s a different kind of clasp than we’re used to. It looks like it would be so secure by how thick it is but it always came off. Maybe his was a defective one or a return and it was returned damaged who knows. Sadly one day he realized it was just gone off his wrist. He lost it and didn’t even realize it until he got home. We haven’t found it and it’s been a week and no one has turned it in at his workplace lost and found. It’s just such a shame because it was a special gift. He really liked it too. So buyer beware if you buy this type of bracelet with a clasp like this. Aside from the clasp always coming off everything else about it was nice.
