Black on Black Icon Cap

Great looking hat online. I have not gotten it because Punters could not or would not delay or cancel the shipment. Item took 3 weeks to ship out from foreign lands. I advised the customer service I was leaving on vacation and either needed item before I left or cancel shipment (both were asked prior to being shipped). POOR Customer Service!! Items ship from China or Australia. They expect you to ship items back, even though thos was 100% Punters fault.. Stay away!!
