​Great content worth listening to again and again

Out of curiosity, I rushed through the whole thing, but now I’m planning to listen to it again thoroughly and properly. The content seems incredibly helpful, but since I'm not that young anymore, my learning speed is a bit slow. Plus, my English isn't perfect, so I'll probably need to use a translator for accuracy. It might take me some time.

Densely packed content with all of the info that I expected to be able to check my own bloodwork.
