I’m in love! These are so much more satisfying than regular American gum. They are rigid enough to challenge the muscles and tendons of the face, and they warm up when you chew them. So cool.

I like incorporating mastic gum into my daily routine. I had never heard of it before, and I was pleasantly surprised to discover it. I’ve always liked chewing gum, but I generally stayed away from regular store-bought gum because I was trying to avoid some of the artificial ingredients and additives commonly found in it. What I especially like about mastic gum is its natural consistency and the experience of chewing it. I also appreciate that it has traditionally been associated with oral and digestive health, which makes it feel like a nice addition to my daily routine.
