Birthday Space Ranger Ears for Men

I was so excited to find a shop that makes adorable, unique ears. I purchased this pair for my son’s birthday, for his surprise Disney trip! I gave them to him the morning of, and within 2 hours they were broken. I immediately reached out to the shop hoping she’d be able to make it right. She’s local to Disney, so I was hoping maybe she could repair them or replace them while we were there. I never received a response. It appears that the pieces are simply hot glued together. That doesn’t hold up well in general, let alone in heat. Terrible customer service, poor quality, and overpriced. I won’t purchase from this shop again and I’d recommend others to skip out as well. I never did receive a response which is somehow even more disappointing than the quality itself. Use the money for authentic ears that aren’t put together like a preschool craft.
