Lead time is far too long. Quick mount is not compatible with flat roof mount due to the nut plales on the bottom of the quick disconnnet plate. The gasket was glued in with a hard brittle glue that will not seal or clean off and now is broken. The cord grip will not tighten and seal the cord also, the 1/4NPT will not tighen to crush the rubber gasket without stripping out using hand tightening. The wire pin out digram "E" supplied is not correct. 48v shorts out and fails to power up. How about just using the T-568B standard. Zero cusomer service when called or emailed. Good concept poor execution. Regret the purchase at this point. Need a new gasket, cord grip, and a replacement starlink pigtail. Anyone lisening? TechDesk Inc.
