Loose hardware but nice craftmanship

Overall, the dresser is nice quality however we noticed our drawers do not stay closed on their own. Really nice quality wood so we did not want to part with the dresser once we discovered this so for now we are using baby safety locks on the dresser. Easy to mount to wall and comes with everything you needs for the mount.

it is bigger than I expected, very nice. We have the installation professional came to assemble this dresser with the shelf, super professional and nice. He came two days before Christmas saying he wanted the customer to have the lovely furniture before the holiday:)

beautiful but cheaply made

This dresser is very nice looking but not worth the price. We removed the drawers to make it easier to move and we couldn't get the drawers back in - two of the tracks were broken. We had not used the dresser yet at this point. Customer service shipped us replacements tracks. While removing and reinstalling we found there were two extra holes drilled which made replacing the track a bit confusing. We also found two screws broken inside two other holes (cheap materials or user error when drilling), so the drawers now have a bit less support as there's no way to replace those. Support said it was "best to not have tampered with them since this is an already assembled product" but we didn't know the dresser couldn't withstand removing/reinserting drawers as that's not unheard of to do while moving, deep cleaning, etc, and this is not a super cheap product at nearly $1k for a smaller sized dresser. I do really love the Willow crib and love how the dresser looks in the nursery with it. I just wish the dresser was of similar quality! Customer service was responsive and did send the replacement rails free of charge.
