the build quality of the strap is not so impressive

Great quality and love the design because I can open it up to fit my toddlers feet properly.

They market this as barefoot shoes but it is far from what barefoot shoes are. Really the products are generic and just drop shipped their suppliers. The quality of the products are not bad but to have advertised it and their brand as “barefoot” is misleading. Furthermore I have emailed their customer service the moment I had placed the order and realised that the products are not what I was looking for, but I have not heard back with ANY kind of feedbacks even thought I’ve reached out via e-mail and social media. I do not appreciate non existence customer service.
