Elite Wooden Phone Stand

A bit on the pink side and not the “brass” look I was going for. But a nice product.

Great. But the Colour is slightly deceiving

I received this product in great condition and in terms of functionality it's great. However the main reason I got it was because I really liked the colour combination of the wood and the brass colour gold together seen in the pictures. However upon receiving it, the colour of the gold seems to skew more towards a Pink hue, so it's more of a Rose Gold colour than a yellowish Brass Gold colour that I hoped for. So just be aware of that for anyone who's expecting the more yellowish gold :) otherwise great product. Maybe ill get some gold spray and adjust the colour to my liking.

Product is Not so Elite - but Customer Service is 5 Stars

Other than the wood base, this stand is subpar. The base is not flat, so it wobbles. The hole in the back leads you to believe that you could place a MagSafe charger puck in it, but it is not in the right place to match the position on the phone where the charger should go. UPDATE NOTE: After submitting a 1-star review for the phone stand, the company promptly contacted me and asked if I would like to return it. I opted to do so and they sent me a pre-paid return shipping label. This is as good a customer service as I have ever received. So I would not hesitate to buy another product from them, if it met my needs. I cannot raise the rating on the product itself beyond 2 stars, since that would be misleading, but the responsiveness of their customer service gives me confidence that I would end up happy when buying anything else from them.
