Great show sizing off

Looks just as pictured. Seems to be comfortable and not too heavy. Took off 1 star due to sizing. Ordered my usual 8.5 in this shoe and a similar style, I Marcell. The Marcell fit fine. This shoe ran a whole size larger. Yellow box customer service responded very quickly. Unfortunately they do not go exchanges so I had to return and will purchase again. I hope they continue offering more options on this style. At 5'1 I need the height.
