It came completely froozen. No chance of you recieving substandard or mushy product. My dog loves it. She eats all her food and never leaves anything back. Will be buying this regularly for my standard. Poodle.

Great for my dog, quality ingredients, easy to serve
I use another local sources raw dog food as well, but their prices on lamb and rabbit are too high. Plus this formulation seems slightly better for my dog, and comes in small bite sized pieces which are much quicker to defrost if needed or I forgot to take out the night before.
