We're really happy with the finished product. They looked really good at the family fun day that we ordered them for. However the order process wasn't quite as smooth as we'd have liked. No option for 'standard' delivery so we had to pay for the upgrade to a faster delivery (not an issue ultimately as we wanted it quickly, but frustrating if you weren't wanting to pay the extra. And we wanted to use the free inhouse design service, which we selected during the ordering process but didn't receive specific instructions, and the next email we had was to say they were being prepared for shipping! Stressful! As it happens, they weren't but it wasn't clear where we were up to. The tracking process of the order was also out of sync, so we couldn't track progress. It's a shame because we're very happy with the product.

Excellent quality and rapid delivery. Will be using Feather Flags Express again for sure.
