I recently purchased a ring from Capucinne and had a great experience with the entire process. Unfortunately there was some mixup/possible miscommunication on my end in the ordering process that resulted in me receiving a product in a style that I was not quite expecting. I reached out to the people at Capucinne about this, and not only was it addressed immediately it was done so in a very friendly and supportive way. Everyone that I interacted with was extremely professional and helpful and understanding. They seemed to truly want to give me the product I had envisioned, and this passion was noticed and appreciated. I quickly received the updated version, and it was perfect.
