Dragon Fire (Sri Lanka)

Dragon Fire is really fire!

I tried Dragon Fire on a cold and rainy day and it was perfect! While I normally drink my tea straight, I added a little raw sugar and warm milk and it was amazing. The use of locally grown hot chili peppers to the spices of cinnamon and nutmeg blended with black tea was unique, delicious, and just enough heat to make it interesting. I have enjoyed it several times since the first day it arrived and it will definitely be in regular rotation among my Rakkasan picks!
