Guidecast Griddle

Guidecast griddle i think i love you. Used last week for the first time. The 12” skillet lid nests onto this thing seamlessly and creates a perfect little heat dome. I used it on top of one of those folding fire grates from Walmart that i placed next to the fire, and was able to slide the griddle around as needed to control the heat using the awesome handles that come with it. The handles slide right out of the holes and can be used to pull the skillet lid up and check whatever it is you’re cooking. I cooked bacon and breakfast sausage and kielbasa and a New York strip steak on this thing and they all turned out perfect. Just ask my hungry 11-year-old son. GSI hit a grand slam with their guide cast series. Love a craftsmanship and weight savings.
